Appointments
You will need to bring along a referral letter from a registered medical doctor. You should also bring along any x-rays (all new referrals need an x-ray), ultrasounds, MRI or CT scans which your GP has arranged prior. Please ask our staff if you are unsure of the appropriate scans. You should also bring along:
- Referral
- Scans ie x-rays, ultrasounds
- Reports of x-rays etc
- Health Fund Card
- Medicare Card
- Medical History (if appropriate)
- List of current medications
